About Exeter Respect Festival
Exeter Respect Festival is one of the city's best-loved community events, a free weekend in leafy Belmont Park that celebrates the many cultures living side by side in Devon. Stages host world music, dance and spoken word, while stalls showcase food, crafts and causes from across the region.
It grew from a simple message of unity and inclusion, and that spirit still runs through everything, from the family area to the global food village. Welcoming, colourful and proudly local, it brings thousands of people together each year in a shared celebration of difference.
